Fix CI: regenerate GraphQL types, SDK client, update test snapshots

- Regenerate twenty-front metadata GraphQL types for nullable modelId
- Regenerate twenty-sdk metadata client schema
- Remove "when modelId is missing" test case (modelId is now optional)
