fix(docs): add missing getting-started translated pages for all languages

Switching to any non-English language on the Mintlify docs site (docs.twenty.com) causes a 404 because the `docs.json` navigation references `l/{lang}/getting-started/...` pages that were never created.

Fix: Replaced all `l/{lang}/getting-started/...` page references in `docs.json` with the English `getting-started/...` paths for all 13 non-English languages.

**Why:** Commit `5d438bb70c` added a new "Getting Started" section to the docs navigation and referenced translated pages at `l/{lang}/getting-started/...` for all languages, but the translated files were never created. When users switch to any non-English language, Mintlify tries to load `l/{lang}/getting-started/introduction` as the default landing page — since the file doesn't exist, it shows a 404.

**What changed:** In `packages/twenty-docs/docs.json`, all 13 non-English language configs now point their Getting Started tab pages to the English source files (e.g., `getting-started/introduction` instead of `l/fr/getting-started/introduction`). This means the Getting Started section will display in English for non-English users until translations are created, which is significantly better than a 404.

**What was NOT changed:** The `l/{lang}/developers/extend/apps/getting-started` references were correctly left untouched — those are different pages (the Apps SDK getting-started guide) that have valid translations.

When the translation pipeline produces `l/{lang}/getting-started/` files in the future, the paths in `docs.json` should be updated back to use the translated versions.
