bfe1f47065 Create old fields design widget (#15645 )

In this PR:

- Pass `layoutMode` and `tabId` via PageLayoutContentContext provider
- Getting `pageLayoutType` from the current page layout
- Getting isInPinnedTab through `useIsInPinnedTab` hook
