Claude bfa162de25 fix: address remaining PR review comments ...

- Remove .claude/launch.json (avoid new root-level folder)
- Remove redundant comments in useAgentChat.ts
- Split mapDBPartsToUIMessageParts into one export per file
- Split STREAM_AGENT_CHAT_JOB_NAME constant into its own file
- Simplify delete queue endpoint to derive threadId from messageId
- Update useDeleteQueuedMessage to match simplified API
