neo773andGitHub 8fb8b5d2f1 fix message channels stuck in ONGOING (#17492) ...

`markAsMessagesListFetchOngoing()` was missing `syncStageStartedAt`
causing stuck channels to be never recovered.

Regression was caused by commit
