Cursor Agentandfelix 47fb76ea38 merge: resolve conflicts with main ...

- Keep both AppClaimCommand and AppGenerateClientCommand imports
- Remove ApplicationPackageFetcherService from resolver (removed by main),
  keep ApplicationNpmClaimService
- Keep claimForNpm/createFromNpmClaim methods, drop old createFromNpmPackage
  (removed by main)
- Re-add ApplicationPackageModule import for claim service dependency
- Fix duplicate PUBLISH_FAILED in error codes
