34832815e6 fix: update settings page for mobile viewport (#18991 )

## Description

- This PR fixes
https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/2313#issuecomment-4116380772
- Fixes Admin Panel Apps table, Data model table and Roles table
- made data model table scrollable for mobile viewport keeping name
column fixed.

Twenty UI

This library was generated with Nx.

Building

Run npx nx build twenty-ui to build the library.

Storybook Server

Run npx nx start twenty-ui to start the storybook development server on localhost:6006.

Running unit tests

Run npx nx test twenty-ui to execute the unit tests via Jest.
