Claude 2409152f44 fix: restore addTypename false for MockedProvider in Apollo v4 ...

Apollo v4 removed the addTypename prop from MockedProvider.
Configure addTypename: false on InMemoryCache instead, which
preserves the original v3 behavior where __typename is not added
to mock queries, preventing mock matching failures in storybook tests.
