Merge main and fix path resolution after twenty-standard-application removal

Main removed the twenty-standard-application package. Updated app-seeds path resolution to use process.cwd() instead of require.resolve on the removed package. https://claude.ai/code/session_013kap5KJcioS6cdFKdKGkaP
