## Overview

Webhooks send HTTP requests to external services from within workflows.

## Adding a webhook step

1. Edit a workflow
2. Add a **Webhook** step
3. Configure URL, method, headers, and body

**Methods:** POST, PUT, PATCH, GET, DELETE

## Variables

- `{{email}}`, `{{id}}` — Contact fields
- `{{data.fieldName}}` — Custom data
- `{{workflowName}}`, `{{now}}` — Workflow context

## Error handling

- Failed webhooks don't block the workflow
- Errors logged in execution details
- 30 second timeout
- No automatic retries
