* refactor: move Booker hooks from packages/features to apps/web/modules Migrate the following Booker hooks: - useOverlayCalendar - useSkipConfirmStep - useInitializeWeekStart - useIsQuickAvailabilityCheckFeatureEnabled - useDecoyBooking These hooks are only imported by apps/web files, making them safe to move without creating circular dependencies.
